Titled "The House" this jewel includes a sleeping quarters of (6) or more. Another room 2 sleeping sofa beds and 2 round card tables including a sofa bed, futon, large screen TV, with tables & chairs. This multi-use complex includes a separate entrance outdoor with full bar, with stools restroom, sofa, and isolated cozy rooms with lg screen Tv's. The enclosed patio has direct access to parking lot. Great for bachelor parties, Bride party prep house, with oversize bathroom and oversized mirrors. Renters have access to extra round tables as well high bar tables and chairs. "The House" has several hidden nooks, great kitchen area including flexible bar, with separating open space for privacy or open space interchangeable. Most suitable for family friendly gatherings. Several dining tables available as well as (4) large screen TV's.
This setting is great for endless conversations throughout the night with great escapes on the property.Memories will be made for a lifetime.
