This guest left the house dirty. Sheets and comforters were heavily soiled. I actually had to throw away some towels. They had more guests than what was on their reservation. They are not welcome back. I would recommend not renting to this guest.
It was very nice and clean however there was a strong smell in the house and also like a previous comment said the upstairs was very hot. The fans definitely did help
