A wonderful massive house super close to the beach. Welcome to our our Beach villa. Our home comes with huge master bed and bath, two living rooms with a grand piano, amazing backyard with grill and seating area. A bar area for entertainment your guest. with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and huge first floor the house feels amazing and it is a wonderful home to enjoy indoor outdoor southern California living. It's very close to Newport Beach and Costa mesa for beaches, amazing dining and shopping options

HOME FEATURES:

Spacious & Stylish: Home has two living rooms, all 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms upstair and one half bath downstair.

Entertainment: 3 Smart TVs

Full Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups & utensils....

Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent provided.

BED ARRANGEMENT: (All Private):

Room #1: Master bedroom – King bed and a work desk
Room #2: Queen bed.
Room #3: 2 twin beds
Room #4: Queen bed
Full out sofa bed at the living room

LIVING SPACES:
First Living Room: Cozy and comfy with a grand piano.

Second Living Room: Huge space with seating area and a bar area for entertainment.

BACKYARD OASIS:
- Built-in Grill, fire pit and outdoor seating area

PARKING:
2-car garage + driveway parking for up to 2 cars.

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer on-site.

Guest access
Guest has access to the whole house except linen closet.
