Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Text me your arrival and departure so we can coordinate key hand off @ 281.380.8390
Pets allowed on leash w preapproval, Adhere to the Comal County Burn Ban
No parties and quiet time is 11 pm - 7 am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking, vaping, drugs of any king, hunting + no fires when burn ban is active. Pet payment required.
Be considerate of your neighbors, quiet hours in effect 11:00pm-7:00am
Breaking any of the house rules above will result in immediate eviction with NO refund.
