It sleeps 8 comfortably with three spacious bedrooms, one even features a massive 75 inch smart TV for the ultimate movie night or game day experience. One bedroom can have the option of having 1 queen bed or adding 2 twin beds for a total of 3 beds. It comes with a fully stocked coffee bar with syrups, kitchen with waffle maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, a full set of pots & pans, and a private backyard with outdoor games, fire pit, patio table and chairs, grill and neighborhood bunnies.

I am new to hosting in this way, but come by it naturally at my own house. Our house is always the gathering place for get togethers, & we always strive to make it a welcoming and calm space for people to enjoy! We hope you feel the same way at our Airbnb!
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is super close to campus, lakes, the stadium, block 34, and lots of shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet and even has neighborhood bunnies that hang out often for the guest to enjoy. It has plenty of room, seating for all your guests, a fire pit, grill, games, & a fully stocked kitchen if hanging out at home to make your stay easy & enjoyable!!
What makes this property unique
There is a great backyard for grilling or relaxing around the fire pit! The living room is big with a sectional & loveseat & a great place to hang out & play games or watch tv on the big screen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, eat take out, or mix drinks!
