Enjoy the balmy southerly breezes across the front or back porch in a quiet, secluded setting, while sipping your favorite lemonade or Mojito and enjoy the relaxing Caribbean lifestyle as your stress melts away. This is a private, pristine home that is fully set up for the best vacation and it is all for you! The home has its own sparkling pool and enjoys the amenities of two resort style community pools and a gym. It is located two miles away from some of the best beaches on the island. Terrific neighborhood on Stock Island

Immaculately clean house with all basic needs included! Located on a golf course and a short drive to beaches and Duval. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Great outdoor space. We enjoyed our interactions with the PM and look forward to a return visit next year.

Another great March

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second March that we rented this property. We enjoyed the deck and pool area in the backyard. The home was very clean. There is plenty of room for the four adults that stayed for the month. The only suggestion that I would make is that it is time to replace the kitchen refrigerator and clothes dryer. We had to request service techs for these two items. Once again this year, Michelle Menard was very professional, friendly and efficient.

The backyard pool was so nice along with the new decking on the back porch. The only suggestion that I would make is to trim back the bushes at the end of the driveway. It was difficult to see oncoming traffic and pedestrians while backing out and they were very close to the usual, Michelle, Compass Realty, was very helpful prior to checking in and during our stay.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere and spacious house for large group

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the area the house is in. This was our second time staying in the KW Golf Club. The golf club community is quaint and feels very safe to walk your dog or jog anytime of the day. The house has 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch, so it can sleep up to 8 if needed. Although the twin beds and pull out couch mattresses are not the most comfortable, we've been told. We rented the house in January, so we ended up paying a little extra for a pool heater. It was definitely worthwhile. The pool lights didn't work, but probably just the bulbs needed changed. The house was pretty clean other than the tile floors may need to be cleaned a little more thoroughly, as our feet were black in a short time walking around the house. It would be helpful if there were bath mats in the bathrooms. The realty company was ok to deal with. Overall the house served its purpose fine for us and we enjoyed our time in Key West as always.

Pro’s and con’s

We had a great time being in Key West. For us the golf course location was not ideal. If you like to drive everywhere everytime you need something then you would like the location. The community is clean, safe, and pretty…but off the beaten path. Pro’s: Property is clean, backyard is private, nice dipping pool- the kids loved it, has a gas grill Con’s: The property manager does not have access to text: she was responsive, but communication was by phone or email> I prefer text especially while on vacation. It’s a 0.8 mile drive to get out of the neighborhood and nothing within walking distance (ie no restaurant, no coffee shop, no corner store: you have to drive everywhere). An exterminator came 3 times during the first week of our stay, tons of noseeums in backyard- bring bug spray. The property manager called us 5 days before our arrival and made a nice plan for check in- it did not happen the way she described: the lock box was not on the door, the guard had no idea who we were and sent us to the HOA office and she had no idea who we were. After a bit of back and forth and a bit of a wait we were able to settle in. The kitchen supplies are old (coffee maker, blender). Several lightbulbs were out including indoor and outdoor. A/C is loud. Guest toilet broke the second day and was fixed the same afternoon. No recycle bucket inside the house. If you golf be prepared to feel rushed- it was strange.
