Boho Beach Condo

This 2 story condo is complete with brand new furniture throughout, new shower/baths and bohemian decor which emanates all the beach vibes. Comfortably sleeps 6. Open concept kitchen, living and dining room. First floor half bath, lanai, pantry and stacked washer/dryer. Second floor master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom/shower and walk in closet. The guest bedroom consists of 2 queen beds, closets and en-suite bathroom tub/shower. Both bedrooms have access to the 2nd floor lanai.
The space
Central Park II condominiums are located on US 41, just south of downtown Sarasota. Close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, St. Armands Circle, restaurants and shops, Selby Gardens, Marina Jack and all of downtown's activities. Be on Siesta Key or Lido Key Beach in just minutes or hit the golf course, many only minutes away. Publix grocery conveniently located across the street.
Other things to note
REQUIRED: Condo association authorization of rental agreement is needed prior to rental start date. This is a $50 fee per adult tenant which is payable on the ScreeningOne website.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Vent the washer door so air can get inside the washer. Clean all dishes, unload the dishwasher and return items to the original location.
Clean coffee pot, remove filter from basket and empty excess water from the reservoir. Check all drawers and closets for personal items. Fold up outdoor furniture and place in lanai storage closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What makes this property unique

Our condo was updated in 2025 with new bathrooms, new carpet, new furnishings and new light fixtures. The space is full of natural light with beautiful plantation shutters for those who prefer an ambient vibe
