its an awesome house. Very one of a kind. located on over 200 private acres of conservation land and gated property. Thisn2 bedroom is settled on a private 20 acre lake in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley . Just a few minutes from Helen, and beautiful Lake Burton. ONE OF A KIND RENTAL. Please be cool I enjoy sharing this house with kind nice people. It’s not worth the hassle otherwise. A family of bald eagles fly and hunt the lake along with other rare wildlife. It’s a great spot. catch a trophy large mouth bass and get your line wet while you watch the magnificent sunset each night from your private porch. I love this home and I am happy to share with a few cool travelers this fall. this is private private private place and you will feel right at home. The living room even offers a futon for extra sleeping space. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. World Class Fishing available as well as access to our private swimming pool DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. perfect for romantic getaway or family vacation. I've said too much cheers

The view was spectacular! The host (Kord) was very nice. Pet-friendly. Our little pooch had plenty of land to run around on. Would recommend for a private little getaway!
