This is an upstairs unit. Guests will access the home by climbing the exterior wooden stairs and entering through the front door labeled “C” using a digital keypad.

Upon entry, you’ll step into a hallway that leads to all areas of the condo. The first door on the left is the master bedroom, featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first door on the right is the second bedroom, furnished with two full beds. Further down the hall on the right, you’ll find the laundry room. Across from it is the second full bathroom, also equipped with a shower/tub combination.

At the end of the hallway, the space opens into a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open-concept layout. The living room includes a sofa bed, two chairs, and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The dining table offers seating for four, with additional space to gather comfortably.

The patio is accessible directly from the living room, providing a great spot to unwind.

Even better, a beach access walking path is located directly across the street!
