Pool House! Sweet Sunny Retreat- Both Houses

Escape to our delightful dual home property in Savannah, GA, where you can soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the pool. Perfect for families and friends seeking a tranquil getaway. Between both homes there are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 14 guests, 3 modern bathrooms, and two well-appointed kitchens. Immerse yourself in Savannah's popular attractions like Forsyth Park and River Street just a short drive away. Experience the best of both worlds – relaxation, and exploration!

Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.

Main house: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space? No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests.
Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool.

House 2: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space? No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests.
Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool, open all year but not heated.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Weekend Accommodations

A nice place for a large group to stay for the weekend. Overall the two houses made the stay super nice and relaxed for our larger group. We would definitely stay here again!

Great venue for a retreat!

Place was sufficient for our group of 9, plenty of space to roam, convenient location. Separate master bedroom with a full kitchen and living room was awesome!
