Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all beds and collect all towels and put on the floor in the laundry room. Start a load before leaving.
Have all dishes clean or put in the Dishwasher. Run the dishwasher before leaving.
Empty all items from the refrigerator and pantry and take perishable items with you.
Empty all trash cans throughout the house and take trash out to the trash can outside. *Do not take to the street*
If you moved any Furniture or any outside items, please return it to its original location. Make sure the dock it left as it was when you arrived & make sure the dock ladder is pulled up out of water
