Located in a landmark building and one of the original Flux Houses, this residence offers a rare blend of historic character and modern design. Voted winner BEST RESIDENTIAL SPACE by Interiors Magazine, the loft features soaring 11.5-foot ceilings and a curated collection of contemporary art, creating a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. Equipped with central air conditioning and FiOS high-speed internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel countertops and appliances, including an induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher—along with all the essential cookware and glassware. The living area is bright and airy, offering city views and plenty of room to relax or entertain. Two dedicated workstations are available for remote work, with a ping pong table and electronic keyboard nearby to add both fun and creativity to your stay. Set in SoHo’s iconic, creative district, Greene Loft places you steps away from upscale boutiques, renowned restaurants, local galleries, and landmarks like the New Museum and Washington Square Park. Partner Managed: This is a partner-managed property, verified to meet Rove's brand standards and 5-star service. The residence is exclusively available through Rove Travel with the guaranteed lowest rate. After booking, you will coordinate directly with the property's manager for your stay. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
Please note that the building is currently undergoing exterior façade restoration throughout the summer. During this time, the elevator will be out of service, and guests will need to use the stairs to access the unit on the third floor. We will provide any schedule updates as soon as they become available.
Please note that the office room is sealed off from guests. Additionally, master bedroom walk-in closet is not accessible for guests.
Children are strictly prohibited to jump on the furniture or beds in the home. Additionally, they are not allowed to ride on toys, scooters or skateboards inside the loft.
Parking Details:
Street parking on Greene St is available after 6 PM until 8 AM. Indoor parking is also available one block over on Wooster St.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
