The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels on the bathroom sink. Put used blankets from the closet on bed. Put garbage, compost and recycling in their respective bins and leave the bags in the suite.
Prior to leaving, please switch off TV, lights, fans & appliances. Please also ensure water taps and faucets are shut off. Lock back entry and suite door by pressing the lock key on top of keypad.
Leave items like empty pizza boxes, pop cans or drinking water bottles in the supplied recyling bin under kitchen sink. Toys and books must be put back to original location and organized after use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After sending the booking request, guests will be asked a set of pre-qualification questions. Please keep an eye on your messages.
Guests will be required to submit a Identity verification document such as a driver license or passport to book the space.
For safety reasons, only registered guest are allowed to stay in our suite. No third-party bookings. Please check the rental agreement for details.

We really enjoyed staying at Royal and Lourdes’ Cozy Nest Suite! The location was very convenient to the mall, which was the focus of our stay in Edmonton. The suite itself was perfect! It was spacious, updated, clean, and comfortable. We really appreciated the comfy couches to hang out as a family at the end of the day (I’ve found some vacation rentals to not have very “livable” living areas but this was not the case at all here). We were also able to do a load of laundry in the middle of our trip, which was a life-saver. We highly recommend staying with Lourdes and Royal and would definitely come back!

The suite was modern, beautifully maintained, and fantastic—honestly, you cannot get any closer to West Edmonton Mall! Royal and Lourdes kept the place spotless and fully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need.They went above and beyond as hosts, even providing thoughtful snacks and treats for our little ones. When we realized the Edmonton weather was turning wet, they quickly accommodated us with plenty of umbrellas to keep the whole family dry.We already know exactly where we’ll be staying the next time we take a family vacation to Edmonton! Highly recommended.
