Enjoy a panoramic unobstructed ocean view from this gorgeous villa, you can see for miles from this third floor location. Enjoy your morning coffee under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan on the screened porch as you watch the sun rise - a bistro table and chairs are tall enough so the porch railing doesn’t interrupt your view. Or, when the day is done, adjourn to the porch to sip your favorite beverage and watch the moon rise over the ocean.
Open the sliding glass doors to the porch to let in the ocean breeze and indulge yourself with a nap on the comfy sleeper sofa in the living area. There’s also a pair of armchairs with an ottoman for curling up with a good book or seating friends.
A 42' flatscreen television completes the living area amenities. A renovated half bath is conveniently accessed from the hallway. The kitchen has been completely updated and will please any cook: granite counter tops, new cabinetry and lighting, sink and fixtures, stainless steel dishwasher and glass top stove……THE WORKS!
In your bedroom, a king bed invites sweet dreams. The bedroom has a completely renovated private bath with the best shower on Harbor Island. This tiled custom walk in shower is amply sized with a built in seat, glass door, and high end brushed nickel hand held faucet. After a relaxing shower, stretch out on the king sized bed and enjoy cable or streaming TV options.
Close to all island amenities, this villa is also conveniently located just one door down from the third floor launderette, offering full sized washers and dryers. Pets are considered with payment of the non-refundable pet fee.
This is one of the nicest condominiums on the Island and a property you will want to rebook every year. Just 15 miles from charming, historic Beaufort SC, Harbor Island is a private, gated community offering two and a half miles of unspoiled beach and acres of beautiful marsh.
On island amenities include the Beach and Racquet Club, with an Olympic sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a fitness center, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and kiddie pool. You will also have access to the condominium pool and of course our beautiful beach.
The surrounding area offers excellent golfing, boating and sightseeing opportunities galore! Harbor Island is also a convenient day trip to the historic cities of Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina, but we are betting you never want to leave the tranquility of Harbor Island and charm of beautiful Beaufort!
Pet policy: dog or cat, limit two, with payment of non-refundable pet fee of $200 per animal per stay. Pets are allowed on the beach, but must be leashed at all times. Please help keep Harbor Island pet friendly and clean up after your pooch!
