You'll also find a lovely living room witg an extra long couch, fireplace & tv. An additional tv room with a comfy futon for extra sleeping space. With amenities like an iron, hair dryer, washing machine/dryer, heating, and AC, guests can relax and unwind in this phenomenal property. House includes covered boat/truck parking, back patio facing the lake and a charcoal grill. Property has a private pickleball court for guests only and is a block from a public boat ramp. Only 15 mins from Wolfcreek State Park.
House also includes a storm shelter in the event of an emergency.

Well appointed kitchen. Tastefully updated and very spacious. Karin was very prompt to answer questions during our stay. Covered parking and hot tub were pleasant surprise during the rainy times during the weekend. Would rent again without hesitation!

Why they chose this property

Beautiful trees, lake view and gentle rolling hills and a creek. Quiet neighborhood, very little traffic. Beautiful landscaping and flowering plants. Paved driveways with lots of room for truck & boat parking in multiple places.

What makes this property unique

This property was once called Ironhorse resort and built by the movie star Dale Robertson in the 1960’s. At one time, it had a restaurant, pool, horse racing track and stalls across the street and a marina.

2 of the cottages were previous Army barracks from WW2. Including house #6.

We have fully remodeled this vintage house to have all the modern amenities while maintaining the original charm. Every room was carefully designed and crafted in order to give our guests the best possible experience of lake life on Grand Lake.

The house is just one block from a public boat ramp and has a private pickleball court for resort guests. Also, have corn hole and giant jenga.
