The Space

- Private walk out balcony where you can overlook the estate where you may find wild deer, turkey, squirrels and rabbits roaming the grounds. Also has seating.
- Master bathroom has towels and linens are provided as well as complimentary bar soap.

For families that are hosting large parties, you can find a large kitchen where you can prepare your delicious meals while having an amazing view which you can overlook. All you have to do is provide the food and we provide the essentials needed in a kitchen such as:
- Full size Refrigerator that has a freezer
- Electric stove
- Kitchen utensils such as whisks, spatulas, tongs and mixing spoons.
- Cutting boards and a chef style knife set (careful they are sharp)
- Mixing bowls and strainers
- Pots and pans
- Baking trays and cupcake tins

The dining room is the first room you will enter when coming inside the property and can seat 6 people.

The living room is very spacious and has comfortable couches so that everyone can enjoy watching the flat screen TV which is connected to Roku so that you can stream your favorite movies and shows. If you aren't in the mood to watch TV, board and card games are provided such as UNO, a deck of regular playing cards and the board game, Operation.

Laundry is available at the property, which is located one the first floor. Mind you, please provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets as those are not provided for guests.

All of our properties in the area are centrally located around one another and one of the properties is a horse farm complete with both indoor and outdoor riding arenas, trails, a 10 stall horse barn, etc. At the location a lady runs a small business horse based business that focuses on helping kids with disabilities. That being said, the instructor/owner offers special discounted rates to all of our guest for a variety of services.

She offers horse based day camps, trail rides, riding lessons, etc. She can watch the kids while the adults enjoy the day exploring the area or it can be a family event going on a trail ride.

The instructor has over 30 years experience dealing with children with developmental disabilities and horses, is CPR/first aid certified, and is fully insured.
