SeaChase is a 9-story luxury high-rise located along the popular Gulf Shore Drive directly on the white sandy beaches of Vanderbilt Beach.

This sun-filled, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 1340 sq. ft. of spacious living and spectacular views from the 8th floor, will provide you with accommodations and amenities that will have you staying in luxury and comfort. This unit features: high ceilings, a wet bar, walk-in closets, laundry room, floor to ceiling windows, screened lanai, and a modern eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel on appliances.

Amenities include: Direct access to the beach, heated pool, and covered parking. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are provided.

Maximum 4 people per booking, no overnight guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
7 day minimum rental/Tuesday check-in/out. June-August are 10 day minimum rentals

This property does require an application, $150.00 fee, and a signed lease.

The condo was very clean, well maintained and beautifully updated. The furniture, while attractive, was too large for my 5 ft 4 inch frame as well as for my husband's 5 ft 7 inches. It seems most suitable for a 6 ft or taller person. There is an overuse of mirrors throughout the condo, although we did get used to that. We are both readers and the wattage in the condo is very low. Readers, bring some high wattage light bulbs. There were no wash cloths on arrival and no bar soap for bathing. The owner quickly supplied the wash cloths. We supplied the soap. We did have a wonderful stay! Sea Chase is great! You cannot beat the view. It is spectacular! The location on the beach is terrific and the on site parking is most appreciated. I would recommend surveillance cameras on the outside of the building for security. We woke up to find a dent in the back of our rental car and no way to explain it. This, of course, is not the responsibility of the condo owner. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again. It is clean, in good repair and in a beautiful and convenient location!

Thank you as well for your patience regarding the missing washcloths—I’m glad we were able to get those to you quickly, and I’ll make sure our housekeeping checklist is updated to prevent that from happening again. I also appreciate the note about providing bar soap and will review our amenities to ensure expectations are met. Your comments about the mirrors and the suggestion regarding exterior security cameras are also noted, guest perspective is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve the experience. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your rental car; that must have been frustrating, especially on vacation. Vanderbilt Beach

After five nights in a condo in Naples on the 8th floor and one working elevator, with 1/4 mile walk to the condo from the elevator, and finally the elevator broken, this property on Vanderbilt Beach was great. It had 2 elevators, and it was a few feet from the elevator to the condo. The view from the 8th floor was fabulous. Despite bad weather, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo in the water

Gorgeous modern condo, that make u feel you are on a luxurious cruise ship on the water ! There is no closer condo ocean front than this one!! Complete heaven !! Would recommend anyone to stay here and stay longer than a week !!! It does not disappoint!!

Vanderbilt Beach Condo

The condo is in a great location in North Naples and has recently been remodeled which was very nice. The condo was clean and all communications were prompt and easy. We had a very nice week-long stay and spent hours on the beach and on the lanai. The pool is very small and shaded with no lounge chairs, which is fine if you plan to spend your time at the beach. The mirrors on the ceiling in the bedroom were unexpected.

Doesn't get better than this!

The location of the property is absolutely perfect. The unit was remodeled, fresh and very well equipped. Other tenant's within the property...friendly. Parking was easily accessible. The ability to hear the sound of the ocean all day and the opportunity to see the most beautiful sunsets from the unit or a few steps from the unit, on the beach was absolutely perfect. Anita made herself very available and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay at this property in the future.

Unexpected disappointments

The view Of the ocean was spectacular and what you are paying for. The condo was nice. The amenities were lacking. The ice machine was broken and although the agent brought over a bag of ice the next day, we had to buy our own ice. Appliances and kitchen accessories were dated and cheap considering what we paid for the week. Not even soap to wash your hands or Toilet paper for the week. The pool was nice and the beach was close and beautiful. Great sunsets. Great Location and parking was convenient.

Naples Vanderbilt Beach

Perfect for 4 people .. very clean and all around great for the week. We only utilized our friends beach area for the week so didn't have to take chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The Pool is really not that useful so plan on the beach ..which is great. All in all .. location was great .. 35 mins from the airport .. lots of food options. Downtown Naples was about 20 minute drive -- awesome food and shopping .. we loved Gumbo Limbo @ the Ritz right down the beach .. casual flip flops and fantastic sun sets and cocktails. Once we got used to the door and gate codes .. 2 thumbs up.. on the beach

Perfect Location

Excellent Condo on the Beach

It was a wonderful condominium on the beach. We loved being able to sit on the screened balcony and watch the pelicans and dolphins at play. The pool was very clean and nice, with the water temperature nice and warm even on a chilly day. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Relax, sink your toes in the sand and enjoy the sunsets

We spent 9 enjoyable days in this wonderful condo. The location is steps from the beach in a very secure complex. We enjoyed coffee every morning and sunsets every evening on the enclosed balcony off of the living room. The Master bedroom faces the beach to provide beautiful views. The beach in front of the condo wasn’t really crowded except on the weekends and the sand is groomed every day or two. We loved everything about the location. Restaurants and shopping were within a couple of miles. This is in North Naples so it was a 20 minute drive to Naples Pier and the popular 5th St and there can be traffic congestion at certain times of the day. We didn’t mind though as we discovered other things of interest along the way. If you want to hear the waves as you fall asleep at night and wake to a beautiful Gulf of Mexico view, this is the perfect place. We hope to return next year!!
