This beautifully landscaped, gated and guarded community has all of the features of a resort. Enjoy the beautiful lagoon style pool with waterfall and zero-depth entry, the lap pool over-looking the Bay or the jacuzzi surrounded by an oversized sun deck. Watersport enthusiasts will appreciate the Regatta's location on the intercoastal waters with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Regatta also has a fitness center, conference room and poolside gazebo with grills and covered eating area.
The Regatta is located in the heart of North Naples which boasts world-class dining, shopping, and golfing. Enjoy the beach and nature at Delnor Wiggins State Park (3 min.), Corkscrew Santuary and Lover's Key (30 min.) and the Everglades (60 min.). Within walking distance is a fabulous park complete with walking/jogging trail, children's playground, basketball, and lighted tennis courts. Also within 1 mile: library, 10 screen cinema, ice cream parlor and large grocery store.

We rent a lot of condos through VRBO and this was one of our absolute favorites! Great location, clean, updated, loved the overall property and the best thing was this condo is fully loaded with everything you will need - beach chairs, cart, towels, umbrella, toys, etc. The kitchen had a ton of supplies and loved that prior guests spices, non-stick spray, etc. was left for our use. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation!!!!

We enjoyed a fantastic, relaxing 2 month vacation at this lovely, well maintained Regatta condo with all the comforts of home. We especially loved having breakfast every morning on the lanai which has a great view of Vanderbilt Bay and Gulf Shore Drive. We also saw dolphins in the Bay on several occasions. Most importantly, the owner, Anne, was always available and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We look forward to returning to this comfortable condo!

Great location and beautiful condo!

If you are lucky enough to find this condo open rent it with confidence! It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner has all the beach gear ready for you including wagon, chairs and umbrella. The pools on property are lovely. The condo well appointed if you like to cook. Vanderbilt beach is beautiful, Anne is so responsive and easy to work with. This is a gem!

Family Vacation in Naples

The condo at the Regatta was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was very clean and well maintained, and decorated very tastefully. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The owners were very responsive to all of our inquiries and got back to us very quickly. The Regatta complex as a whole was very well maintained and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and workout facilities. All in all a great place! Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

Our first stay at Regatta #503 and we are planning next visit days after leaving. We’ve been in this area for 7 seasons at various locations and we need not look anywhere else. Just hope everyone interested let’s us get it when we want it! It will not disappoint! Location, amenities, furnishings, layout and premier parking space. Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful Naples Condo!

We highly recommend this condo! The condo and view are beautiful. We absolutely loved sitting on the spacious screened-in balcony. The condo is clean, and the neighborhood in which it's located is gorgeous. It's simply a short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt beach, and Anne provides a cart, chairs, cooler, and more, which is so wonderful. Anne was great to work with and communicates well. We definitely want to return in the future and recommend this condo to anyone considering it!

All good. I’m very fussy so I clean to my “needs”! Cleaning crews can always do a little better (esp. for their fees). Everyone was comfortable . Lanai is great and amenities……like a resort and all nice people!

An enjoyable and relaxing 10 day vacation.

We had a great experience in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. We arrived in the evening and the process for getting in was simple. The place, including the screened in deck, was spotless. The kitchen came in handy since we made breakfast everyday and actually cooked a few dinners there. We even used the washer and dryer to keep up with laundry. The pool was convenient, clean and the water was nice and warm so we spent a lot of time there. We found that Anne was very helpful right from the beginning and we felt confident that we could reach out to her if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo and location for kids!

We absolutely loved the condo and location for our family. Our four year old and one year old enjoyed the pool every day, and we walked to the beach a few times as well. The balcony was ideal, we really didn’t use the tv area at all! The condo was stocked with so many items, including some food, a bottle of wine, sunscreen and other toiletries…but the best was the beach equipment! Plenty of kid toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and best of all, a beach cart. Anne was very helpful in suggesting a local store for baby item rentals. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything better/easier - hope to rent again!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We decided to take a last minute vacation to Naples and hit the jackpot with Anne’s condo. We loved the view and the quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo was perfect had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella’s. We were so lucky Anne’s place was available! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to renting again.
