This privately owned River Run unit @ Attitash Mountain Village commands the best location with the best view and largest terrace in the village! 1,400 sq ft of sun filled space on three levels and a quick walk to Attitash Mountain make this end-unit townhome a special find for the area. 2 bedrooms plus 1 loft bedroom and 3 (!) FULL BATHROOMS, in-unit laundry, and spacious enough for the whole group to spread out. There is no one above or below the unit and the end location makes it feel very private.

There are wonderful views up the mountain from all windows. This convenient base location home includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, living room with cable TV/DVD/Cable, and gas wood stove fireplace. Plenty of USB plugs around the unit to accommodate all of the family devices! The new Bosch washer/dryer comes in handy for simple small loads.

Upstairs the private master bedroom with attached bath, outdoor balcony and tempurpedic king bed is a sanctuary away after a long day of skiing and activities. The guest queen bedroom, also with quality tempurpedic mattress, includes bath, and wonderful view to the peak. A staircase in the 2nd bedroom leads to the loft with new and comfortable twin beds (best suited for kids). High-end accommodations in all bedrooms will assure you a good nights rest during your vacation. Little things like 600+ thread count sheets and plush towels will remind you this is not just a rental.

There is an indoor ski storage locker in the front entrance hall to store all your gear. Additionally this unit provides pool towels and all starter amenities you might need. If you are visiting during warmer seasons, we have the best large terrace in the Village furnished like an outdoor living room. Picnic table for dinner.

Super clean unit! Our very talented private housekeeper keeps this unit in pristine condition that has pleased the most discerning guests.

Location, Location, Location!!!! This unit is right next door to the hospitality center, where you will find the game room, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs & Matty B's Restaurant. The Attitash ski area/Alpine slide is across the street, and there's an underpass tunnel for walking there immediately outside the unit. You are literally at the lift/activity area in 2 minutes and can easily walk back for breaks and lunch.

The dryer is a new heat-pump technology/super efficient, but given the 2-3 hour dry cycle time, it is not intended to be used for large loads of laundry. A common laundry room with large machines is located in the amenities building and is available if you are arriving with lots of laundry to wash.

The condo was lovely, and so close to the lifts. Not everyone in our party skied so it was great to sit in one of the comfy red chairs is looking out the window at the ski slopes, and the skiers come down. Owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. Very detailed book about the condo and area attractions, which was help.

This condo was exactly as it is advertised and was perfect for my family (including 3 teenagers) for our long ski weekend. The condo was clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Parking was convenient and access to the condo’s ski locker was extremely helpful. The condo’s proximity to the walking tunnel to Attitash mountain was super convenient as well as to the indoor pool and to Matty B’s restaurant (who had the best pizzas!). The owners made the check-in process super easy. They answered my questions and were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo has everything you need and extremely well equipped. It is the first condo on the right next to the tunnel, therefore very convenient to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay for a family ski weekend. . Owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Clean, neat, comfy beds, games, movies etc... Note loft bedroom is only accessible through the 2nd bedroom. Would definetly return

Quick Holiday Getaway

This townhouse is lovely, just lovely. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable furniture. Walked into the unit on a cold December day to the gas fireplace blazing and keeping the living area warm and toasty. What a welcome! Fully stocked kitchen. Very very comfortable beds with quality linens. Fluffy towels. (I particularly liked the extra touch of the "makeup towels" in the bathrooms.) Great location right across from the lifts at Attitash. The Attitash resort, itself, has a lot to offer. And of course, its so close to the North Conway eating and shopping area. We really enjoyed ourselves for a rather short stay and are already talking about a longer stay next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we loved it!!!!

My husband and I, our two kids and another couple, stayed at this beautiful, welcoming unit for three days in January 2018. The unit is even more spacious than it appears in photos, and is artistically and comfortably decorated. There is a sitting room with a fireplace to settle in for a good read or conversation that looks out the ranch sliders to the ski field, but our favorite spot was the big table and the spacious kitchen to catch up with one another over coffee and tea in the morning. The whole experience was warm and comfortable with the ideal setting of being across the road from all the action. The owners answered any queries promptly and helped us in anyway they could. All of us want to return again. My children were in the daycare and ski school across the road that was also a great facility. They both had a wonderful time and really sharpened their skills. Book early! You won't be sorry.

My family of 5 visited Bartlett for our annual family vacation and felt so at home in the condo. From the high quality bedding and extremely comfortable beds, to the various little extras provided in the rest of the condo, John and Danielle have thought of all the details. The condo was very clean, we enjoyed the use of the pool, loved being walking distance to the river and in a great location for a quick drive to Storyland. Excellent communication right from the start and they answered any questions we had promptly. As hosts ourselves, I can tell you, this is the place you want to stay in for your next visit to the Bartlett/Conway area! Thanks for hosting us!

Fantastic stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at John and Danielle's Bartlett condo. We felt so "at home" the moment we arrived. My husband and I had three small kids with us (ages 3, 5, 7) and the space was more than adequate for our whole family. The condo had everything we needed, from cooking supplies, to Tupperware for leftovers, to towels and facecloths, games, and more! The Wi-Fi worked great. We absolutely loved the resort - the outdoor pool was beautiful! We were there during a very hot week, but even if the temps were a bit chilly the outdoor pool would be wonderful because it is nicely heated. The access to the Saco river at the back of the resort is also lovely, and Matty B's restaurant right next door was great for dinner and drinks. And I could go on forever about all of the amazing things to do in the North Conway area! Communication with John and Danielle was fantastic both prior to our stay and during the week we were there. It is clear that they are very invested in making sure their guests have everything they need during their stay and have a wonderful vacation. We were very sad to leave at the end of our week and we will surely be back next year!

Awesome Attitash Getaway

John & Danielle's condo could not be situated any closer to accessing the Attitash lifts, Matty B's, or the indoor pool and hot tub. The location made for perfect access to the lifts, that even my 4 year old was able to walk in her ski boots without help! The well-cared-for condo is perfectly appointed with every utensil, linen, electronic, furniture piece, etc. that you could ever need. Thank you John & Danielle for sharing your space and letting us stay, we loved out family Spring skiing getaway!

Fantastic Townhoms

It was our first time to New Hampshire. John & Danielle’s townhome could not have been more perfect for my two children (5 & 9 years old) and I! It was very spacious, newly updated with new appliances and games for our time inside. It was very cozy and felt right at home. It had everything we needed and then some. The location was ideal and a short walk to Attitash Ski area and Matty B’s restaurant. We made so many good memories during our stay there and am truly grateful to have had such wonderful hosts who were responsive, informative and made sure all our needs were met. Perfect Location

This unit is in a perfect location at Attitash. Convenient to the indoor pool, Matty B's and a short walk to the outdoor pool. The unit has everything you would need to feel like you were at home. It is modern, incredibly clean, and clearly cared for. Highly recommend!
