Welcome to The Sea Gem, a 1-bedroom condo with ocean views at Blue Water Villas. Everything in the unit is new, down to the silverware! The views are beautiful. Public beach access across the street, allowing a 2-minute walk to the beach, walk to pickle ball/basketball/tennis, restaurants, and mini golf. NON-SMOKING, very clean, private balcony.Brand new King-size bed & queen sofa sleeper. Highchair/packnplay/toddler ware. The kitchen is stocked for basic cooking. All fresh linens included. Enjoy all amenities at Blue Water Resort for no fee. WIFI! Two free parking spots. 10 min drive to most favorite attractions! The cleaning fee is $100 per stay.

My husband, Joe, and I live in NC with our two children and 120 pound dog, Ozzy (as in Osbourne!) We started our business Travel Therapy Properties, LLC in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and have 3 vacation rental properties. Two condos in Myrtle Beach, and a house on Beech Mountain, NC. Anyone is welcome at our properties, but we have a soft spot for people traveling with children. We know it can be a real challenge, therefore, we set up our properties so that people of all ages will be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Our other soft spot is for teachers. We feel they are underappreciated and underpaid (at least in our state) which is why we donate free vacation time in our properties to various teachers throughout the year. This is our way of saying thank you for all the time and effort they put into our collective children.

Why they chose this property

The Sea Gem is located in the southern end of the Grand Strand. This area is very close to all the favorite attractions, but a bit more family friendly area. It is a little more quiet than the busy of the boardwalk area. Also very close to the airport, Market Commons and Broadway at the Beach. Everything is walking distance!

What makes this property unique

Our property is perfect for small families. We have a variety of toys, books and games for kids of all ages. We remember what it was like to travel with small kids and really try to make this unit as family friendly as the space will allow.
