In order to host you, we require the following information:
- The reservation has to say the actual number of guests staying
- You need to attach a clear ID picture front and back of every adult staying in the apartment
- In order to use the pool or gym, a reservation is required to be made at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance -- hours may be subject to change. Please confirm with front desk on current availability.
-The spa remains closed
- Check in is at 3 PM (Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival)
- Check out is at 11 AM (Please let us know the approximate time of departure)

House Rules:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11 am sharp as we have to prepare the apartment for our next guest.
Early check-ins and late check outs can be requested for upon arrival - if available, we charge an additional $75 for these services
If the apartment is not vacant by 11 am, then we charge an additional $150 for one bedrooms and $200 for two bedrooms
Absolutely NO SMOKING otherwise you will receive a $500 fine.
No parties are permitted, those who have parties in the apartment will receive a $500 fine
No pets are allowed
How to lock the door: once you've stepped out, press "Schlage" button above the key code and it will lock the door.
Damaged or stained linens, towels, etc will be replaced and will be charged to the guest.
Please don’t use the towels as make up removal they are only for drying purpose.
Please note that for stays longer than eight days, a weekly in-stay cleaning is required. This includes cleaning of kitchen, bathroom(s), floors, light dusting, changing of towels and bed linens. The cost for this required service is $125 for one-bedroom apartments and $150 for two-bedroom apartments.
In case your WiFi was not working please go inside the closet, there you will find a little door in the wall, open it; unplug the router connectors (2), wait two minutes and plug them again.
Before you check-out please leave the number fob(s) and Amenities Card(s) that you were received on the kitchen counter. The replacement cost for missing fob(s) or Amenities Card(s) is $100 per item, so please make sure you leave the inventory you received.
We do provide courtesy toiletries, 3 dish washer soap pods and 3 laundry detergent pods, 4 toilette paper , 1 paper towel, 1 set of shower and hand towel per guest. If you need more there are several supermarkets and pharmacies near by.
Please keep in mind, we do not provide wash clothes, only hand and body towels.
For your security place all your valuables inside the safe deposit and make sure to lock it.
Garbage disposal unit on the sink is meant for small food residue on plates. not as a garbage can.
When the balcony door is open make sure the A/C is turned off otherwise it will be freeze and will require a repair company which will be charged at the guest's expense.
Do not connect play stations or other external devices to the TV sets.
Please dispose your trash using the trash chute located on your floor by the '02' line
-Trash bags must be properly sealed to avoid any leakage on the hallway carpet.
-Boxes must be broken down and disposed at the Ground Level
**TRASH LEFT AT THE TRASH CHUTE WITHOUT BEING DISPOSED OF PROPERLY WILL RECEIVE A $100 FINE**
Due to COVID, building management requires that all guests MUST wear a face mask while being in any common area. This includes: lobby, elevators, hallways, valet ramp, amenities, etc.
Parking:
Parking at Icon Tower 3 is Valet only. Here are the rates for ICON's valet parking and some other options for parking near the property:
1. Valet at Icon is $11 for 0-1 hours; $19 for 1-4 hours; $24 for 4-10 hours; and $34 for 10-24 hours. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car.
2. Valet at the W Hotel (next door) is $42 overnight. No re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car.
3. There are two metered parkings, 1 block and 3 blocks away
4. At 701 Brickell (2 blocks away) overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 (Monday-Sunday, from 6 pm to 7 am)

Our hours for customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday-Sunday 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
