Newly remodeled loft-style apartment located in the center of the historic district in Brigham City. All new surfaces, including hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and glass shower enclosures. Electronic access to the building, with security cameras, full commercial fire sprinkler and alarm systems, All essentials within walking distance - groceries, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, personal care salons, etc. Separate HVAC controls and water heaters. All new appliances and fixtures.
Note: This is a historic building with very tall ceilings and a corresponding tall stairway to the apartments. It is not accessible by wheelchair nor can it meet ADA standards for access.

We loved this place. Right in the center of town and 4 blocks from a great Thai restaurant and not far from the Bird Preserve. Very, very clean with great appliances including a washer/dryer. Hardwood floors, well stocked kitchen. Just lovely!! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a 10 out of 10 for us. The location is PERFECT for walking everywhere and you're right in the middle of town. The street noise took a minute to get used to but the place is so clean, so fun, and so easy to get around that its all worth it. We'll stay there again for sure.
