Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.

What makes this property unique

The most unique thing about my property in my opinion is the beautiful leaning tree in front yard. It was the selling point for me. It has completely uprooted and laid over but still growing. It reminds me of the battles I have encounted.
