Please note the house has a well for water supply. At times slight discoloration or odor of the water may be noted - this is due to natural minerals in the water and does not affect the safety of the water. A whole house filtration system is installed and in use.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all water is emptied out of the coffee pot. Place pot and water reservoir in the drain in the sink. Make sure all coffee grounds have been emptied.
Leave any used bed(s) unmade. Place all used towels in the bathtub.
If using AC, please turn up to 78. If using heat, please turn down to 60. Place trash in bin outside by the parking area. Place keys back in the box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
