This home was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adults, but this unit can easily fit so many more with the number of queen beds! The bedrooms are very spacious and beds were so comfortable. The decor was beautiful and the place was so clean! So close to the beach and other places within walking distance. Also, so close to Newbury Port... our adult son that was with us took a day by himself to explore Boston... we dropped him at the train station in Newbury Port and picked him back up there in the evening. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you could ever need, even a crock pot if you want to put dinner on, leave for the day and come back to a cooked meal! We also enjoyed a few games on the Atari style arcade game in the kid's space downstairs, that brought back some memories! It was too cold and rainy for us to really enjoy the beach (can't control the weather) but there are plenty of beach chairs to use and the beach is literally a stone's throw away! The host responded to our questions and needs within moments... like when the power went out ... and he immediately responded with the location of the flashlight! I have already put this in my "favorites" in hopes of another stay someday! T
