Sunrise, Moonrise

The beach house was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Loved hearing the surf, watching the sunrise while drinking coffee on the beach, watching the gorgeous orange moonrise, glass of wine in hand. A very relaxing and peaceful setting for me and family to spend time together.

Salisbury Stay

Had a great time out in Salisbury and using it as a hub to visit various coastal locations as well as Boston. Jonathan responded promptly with any questions we had. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the upstairs AC mishap over the last couple days (which Jonathan was getting resolved). Otherwise, great stay. Thanks Jonathan.

Perfect beach escape

Convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Nice beach condo. The bunks are a bit rickety and rackety. The smoke/CO alarm went on for a minute at 4am on departure day. We encountered a small problem when we arrived but, it was immediately resolved. Friendly neighbors, great location!

Amazing Beach Front Property!

We had a wonderful stay with the ocean right at our finger tips. Perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved the private access to the beach. Just heads up make sure to bring your own (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, trash bags etc.). The outdoor shower was great to wash off before going into the house. Great walking distance to downtown for fun activities for the little ones. We absolutely loved everything! It’s a beach house and well loved but wouldn’t have asked for anything more!

Property was great. Restaurants were hard to find but that could have been due to being out of season. House didn’t have normal amenities like soap or paper supplies but other than that it was as described.

In the major cases it was a nice day place was clean but there wasn't a lot of the stuff that you would need like microwavable plates. I don't know if this is a new place and they're just starting cuz there was no warmness in there there was one picture on the living room wall but that didn't upset our stay we love the ocean and the ocean and we had a view from the small porch on the side so it was nice

Ease, comfort and relaxation

We had a wonderful stay at the property! I grew up staying in cottages at Salisbury Beach and wanted to bring my family from the west coast to experience some of what I remembered. This did not disappoint. The owner was responsive and helpful, the location was perfect for a family with kids to enjoy beach access and a short walk to the center with food/arcades/retail. Outdoor shower for after our beach days. Clean & modern laundry facilities are right down the street if you need them. I can only hope we’ll be able to stay here again when we come back next summer, space was clean and well-appointed, plus the location can’t be beat. If you have a larger group, same owner also rents out a 5 bedroom unit in the front. We had friendly neighbors and enjoyed sharing a big yard with them.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. This place has 2-zone central AC/heat. The upstairs AC was not working properly on arrival but Jonathan was very quick to get it fixed. We found the place very comfortable and the location is close to everything and literally just steps to the beach! A private yard which is shared with the other unit offers a great gathering spot with chairs, picnic tables, and a GRILL! The kitchen has most items you need to cook meals. You will need to bring paper products, trash bags & and dish soap. Also as stated, towels. Bed linens provided and clean! I highly recommend this place. I saw a review that stated it was more worn than expected. Yes maybe but that only tells me many people have enjoyed it as well. To me, cleanliness and comfort are most important. The couches were very comfortable! Thank you again, Jonathan! We really enjoyed our week!
