Our second time staying at Starfish Stays! Its quiet, cozy, and very easy to access. We will be back. The only thing I have to comment about is the beach access requires climbing up/down some big rocks.. it's not just a few easy steps. If you're not full body-able, you may find this to a henderance. My boyfriend helped a few of the other guests up and down the rocks while we were at the beach.... However, the private beach access is lovely, we found a lot of shark teeth and the other guests we saw were respectful and kind.

Everything was great besides they're being a bunch of bugs inside we got pretty bit up. Extra toilet paper would have been nice. But they had beach towels and other Beach items we didn't need but other people may. Very quick response. Wish we had found the fireplace earlier than the last night. But that private beach across the street was amazing I myself found 616 shark teeth in 3 days

The guests message to us at check out was, "It was a beautiful stay thank you very much for the opportunity to stay here". A week (7 days) after check out she then claimed issues and requested a discount. No words...

Great hosts ready to answer questions, clean and beautiful property. We loved the keyless entry - made life easier not worrying about keys. Plenty of towels provided and the beds were super comfy. Great experience but do note you do need to get in a car and drive to a beach, it's never more than a few minutes but you can't just go across the street. There are "no trespassing" signs everywhere. That said, it's literally a 3 minute drive to Englewood Beach which is magnificent. All the beaches were. We are very thankful for this experience!!!!

Clean and friendly

We enjoyed our stay! We loved being near the beach and seeing dolphins on our walk. The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. The other guests were very friendly and were repeat customers. The island is recovering from hurricane, but this place is in great shape and the beach is beautiful.

Manasota Key

We had a wonderful time; beach and stores were close. Our host helped us enter and was available to answer questions. The apartment was perfect for 3 people and a lovely space to hang out.

we love it

Great location, short walk and good access to the beach and canal, nice and very clean place, very helpful and friendly owner Paula and her helper Tiffany. Not far away from the island's restaurants, gift shops and food stores, Walgreens. Definitely recommend this place.

Get away

A short trip with my mom and my sister at the last minute, to get away after our dad passed away a few weeks ago. Unit was exactly as pictured, easy to get to, super clean, had everything we needed.We were surprised to see the devastation on the key after the hurricane's last year(don't know why). The beach is not the same and there was not a lot of sand area to setup near us. However, that did not lessen our overall experience. We are grateful to everyone rebuilding and repairing.
