The open concept main floor (2nd floor) features a beautiful kitchen with large island, dining area, living area, 2 decks, and half bath. The 3rd floor primary bedroom offers privacy with a large deck overlooking the marina. The 1st floor has a convenient layout with entry foyer, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath . Walk an easy 8-10 minutes to the beach, walk just across the bridge to 2nd Street restaurants and shops, watch boats on the canal, and relax at the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay . Perfect location right near downtown Lewes! House is immaculate ! Short walk to the beach and into town to the restaurants or for shopping ! We will definitely stay here if we visit Lewes again !

When we are in Lewes we love to spend the day at Lewes Beach, relaxing and playing in the water. We also enjoy surf fishing at Cape Henlopen State Park, biking Gordons Pond Trail to Rehoboth, walking along the bay at sunset, and watching boats on the canal.

What makes this property unique

You can't beat this location! We love this home because it's walkable to both Lewes Beach and to restaurants and shops in town. Plus, it's very close to Cape Henlopen State Park.

We love to cook, so you can be sure the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the spacious kitchen during your stay.
