25-year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Guest Access:

Check in with security at the gate, proceed to assigned, covered parking space, take the lobby elevator to the unit which is located on the 12th floor.

It's a perfect location for those seeking a laid-back beach vacation with the convenience of several local attractions just over the bridge in bustling Clearwater Beach.

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority serves as the main mode of public transportation in this area. Bus stops are conveniently located within walking distance of the property. Ride share options are also available throughout the Clearwater Beach area.
