Sand Key Lighthouse Towers 2 Bedroom Beachfront

All building renovations are complete including pool and hot tub! Two bedroom, two bath, 7th floor, remodeled DIRECT beachfront condo on gated property with manned security. Enjoy unobstructed 7th floor water views from every room! The master bedroom and living areas face the gulf (with attached balconies); the kitchen and guest bedroom face the waterway.

Lighthouse Towers has a beautiful pool and spa with changing rooms, bathroom facilities, two outdoor grills, gazebo, and kitchen area right on the beach. Shuffleboard, tennis/pickle ball, and basketball courts are on the property.

Sand Key Park is a short walk down the beach. Also within a short walk is a boardwalk shopping center on the water with an Italian coffee shop, nail salon, convenience mart, clothing & souvenir stores, Maggie Mae's diner, Backwaters Grill (steaks & seafood), Italian restaurant, and the famous Columbia Restaurant.

The entire unit is completely remodeled with a pull out sofa bed leather couch, recliner, and full-size washer and dryer.

Note that all required lease paperwork must be completed within four days of receipt from owner, else reservation will be canceled and funds refunded per policy. Additionally, condo HOA requires receipt of completed lease paperwork 10 days prior to guest arrival.

Absolutely gorgeous condo. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach equipment! Views are amazing. My husband actually enjoyed doing the dishes while enjoying the view!!! We will definitely stay here again

Quiet paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Vicky answered all questions and was very helpful. If we return to Clearwater would love to stay here again.

Property was very clean, newly decorated and there were things for the beach if you didn’t bring your own. Owner was very helpful and was available for any questions. Would definitely rent again

Wonderful!

There is no better place to be but on the ocean when you’re in Florida! We enjoyed picture perfect views from every room, everything was so clean and lovely, and very quiet. We hope to come back next year! Vicky was wonderful with communication, even checking in with us when we arrived.

This property was great. The unit was very nice and very comfortable. Being able to communicate with the owner's was a great asset. The location of Lighthouse Towers was good also. Just far away from center city to enjoy the quiet and yet not too far from everything you need. We loved to hop from Clearwater to Indian Rocks for restaurants. Best of both worlds. Vicky the owner was wonderful and communicative. When you walk in the unit the first thing that hits you is the spectacular view of the Gulf- at night the skyline is something special. Day trips to John's Pass on the Boardwalk with ships and restaurants. Then to Tarpon Springs the sponge capital. Every day you walk the beach and pick up shells or watch the boats. Then walk over the Csuseway to Pier 60 voted the best beach in the country. Everything you read in the description is perfect and accurate.

Perfect vacation!

Our family rented for a two week vacation and had a wonderful time! There’s not even one bad thing I could say about our stay. I was there with my husband, my mom, and our two 8 year olds and five year old. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us, everything was just as the listing said and I could tell that a lot of thought was put into everything that was there. The beach was absolutely perfect and beautiful, wonderful for swimming for all of us. The pool was great too. There are restaurants and some shopping in walking distance and much much more just a trolley ride away. Vicky was always very responsive and just a text or call away if we needed anything. I’d highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!!

Amazing!

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment was clean and very nice. View amazing! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Loved this room. We had all the things you need to go to the beach - we were only missing a tent, but our friend brought one. Honestly, we didn't expect to find so many nice things for the beach in the storage room (umbrella, chairs, blankets, sand toys, ice chest). The beach was very quiet and empty - we liked that a lot. There were lots of fish in the water. The pool area was also very nice - we missed the shade a bit, but you could put your chair in the shade from the building. The pool is fairly large and deep. It was adequate for our kids (9 and 13). There were nice stores and restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and nice. All in all, I highly recommend staying in this apartment. It is exceptional.

Awesome stay!!

Our family of three stayed here for two weeks and throughly enjoyed everything this lovely condo has to offer! The owner use this property as their own vacation home and it clearly reflects their care and attention to detail. The location is perfect (away from bustling sandy key pier) and basically has its own “private beach” . The floor it’s on offers perfect combination of privacy and beach/sunset viewing. There is a shopping center within 5 mins walking distance for restaurants and basic needs. The unit has everything you need from en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closet (in master bedroom) and updated amenities. Newly renovated kitchen that will meet all your daily cooking/baking needs. Full size washer and dryer is a HUGE plus with the FL weather. The unit has central AC as wells as individual fans for all rooms. Gorgeous views in living room and master bedroom! Ample space on balcony where we enjoyed the breathtaking sunset! Designated parking spot, lovely pool and 24/7 security offers peace of mind. The unit storage also offers beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers and sand toys. Vicky and Scott have always been very responsive and timely with our requests. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us and we look forward to book your property again on our next trip to Clearwater! Take care, The Zhangs

Sand Key Paradise

We have rented several condos at LHT over the last six years and this one was our best overall experience. The accommodations were excellent, well equipped, VERY CLEAN and comfortable. We loved it! The views of the gulf and causeway from the 7th floor are stunning! LHT is perfectly located with great restaurants and shopping opportunities just steps away. Vicky and Scott were great to work with and wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this condo as the centerpiece for an amazing Sand Key beach vacation.

Amazing Property Better Than the Pictures!!!

We loved our stay here; the place is as it appears in the pictures - completely updated, clean and fresh! We’ve been coming to the Clearwater area for over a decade; the beach in front of the condo is perfect if you prefer less of a crowd and a nice spot to relax at! Also, Vicky and Scott are AMAZING people - they called to check to ensure everything was as suspected and were so kind to speak with. We definitely recommend and will be back again!

Amazing Beach Vacation

My family had an amazing two weeks at this condo. Plenty of space for a family. This condo is exactly as pictured. In fact, there is brand new carpet in bedrooms(which was super comfortable on our feet) as well as a brand new recliner and a brand new sleeper sofa(which our daughter loved). Plenty of kitchen items, towels, anything you can think of for the beach is located in the storage locker. Also, fans in each room to use if needed! Communication with Vicky and Scott was EXCELLENT! We already plan to return next summer!

We've always loved Sand Key and jumped at the chance to own a unit in beautifully maintained Lighthouse Towers. We love experiencing water views from all of the windows!

Why they chose this property

Lighthouse Towers is beautifully maintained with on-premises management and security. It has some of the best views in Tampa area--gulf from the back and waterway from the front! The 7th floor provides a great combination of beach, water, and sky. Additionally, our beach is very large and quiet, but reasonably close to the action.

What makes this property unique

VIEWS! Lighthouse Towers is one of two properties on Sand Key with direct beachfront views from Family Room and Master Bedroom, as well as waterway views from Kitchen and Guest Bedroom. Gorgeous!
