DO NOT BOTHER STAYING HERE! Staying here is the worst decision you will make. This place is neglected and should be looked into by VRBO. I stayed in Suite 1 in which the bedroom light was not working, one roll of toilet paper was offered for 5 days for two adults, no hair dryer and the bedroom window was sprayed with spray foam which I was exposed to. Most know that spray foam should be insulated with a thermal barrier. I expressed my concern to the property manager and emphasized that I have severe asthma. She stated that other residents with asthma have stayed there and they didn’t experience a problem before. She also asked for ME to make sure I was at the place when the handy man arrived to fix the light, so I can open the door for him. Didn’t know that was my job?? And all this with NO apologies for any inconvenience. No accountability for the essentials that any place should be offering. She then offered me the suite across the hall instead. And of course it was NOT up to par: No hand soap, only 2 towels for two adults for 5 days, the water pressure was terrible and the shower head was coming off the wall. When I requested additional towels, she stated she would let the cleaner know. I didn’t hear back after days, so I resorted to buying my own towels. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE and find yourself a better stay for a couple extra bucks.
