This was the worst experience we have ever had. Check in was at 3pm and we did not gain access until 10pm. The communication with the host was non-existent. We had to message multiple times to ask for access information. Finally, after getting into the space, someone else showed up with a code to enter the space. Needless to say, both parties vacated and did not stay. Look elsewhere and do not stay with this host. After a few days, we were finally refunded for the trip.

Thank you for your feedback. This stay occurred during Houston Rodeo weekend when we had 13 check-ins and checkouts the same day. Unfortunately, the guest initially went to the wrong unit, which caused the access confusion described. Once we became aware, we worked to resolve the situation and a refund was issued. Since then, we have improved our operations by adding professional management and stronger check-in procedures to prevent this type of issue. We remain committed to providing a professional and well-managed guest experience. — Management
