The bathroom includes a large shower. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, guests can stay connected and comfortable throughout their visit. It also features a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, charcoal grill, and a fire pit. After a day on the lake, unwind on the peaceful porch with a beautiful view of the woods. Located approximately 1/4 mi from Broyles Landing & Recreation Area & only 5 mi from Green Pond Landing, with plenty of space to park your truck & boat. Just 15 mi to Clemson & Anderson. in Townville, enjoy what this 1-bedroom cabin has to offer.

Tucked at the back of a small subdivision, these cabins are absolutely adorable! And functional! We were looking for a hotel room close to Clemson and could not find anything suitable. These cabins are located about 20 minutes outside the Clemson, are quiet, have an outside porch, ample parking, and a fire pit.Small, but when you consider we're in Clemson to visit and will only be relaxing/sleeping at the cabin, it beats hotels hands down! Will definitely return.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s so close to one of the nicest and biggest boat landings on Lake Hartwell and we knew that fishermen would find it ideal, especially since their boat will be under cover.
