My name is Emily and I was born and raised in Georgia. My family purchased a lake property on Hartwell about 10 years, and since then I've spent many weekends and holidays on the lake. A few years ago an opportunity came up allowing me to purchase my own lake property on Lake Hartwell and it was the best decision I've ever made.
Why they chose this property
Magnolia Cove offers our guests a quiet, cozy and peaceful place to simply get away. The neighborhood is tucked away in a great cove with deep water with very little boat traffic. The neighbors are all very friendly and you can almost always find a friendly dog running around the connecting backyards.
