The 06 (Thaliastrasse), U3 (Neubaugasse) and U2 (Volkstheater) can be reached within 8 minutes walking distance. the bus 48a departs just in front of the house.
The apartment is only 10 minutes (walking distance) away from "Mariahilfer Strasse". You can also walk to the first district - it will only take you 12 minutes.
