Heather and John are busy professionals owning multiple businesses from Accel Sports Fundraising for Schools by John and Heather is a successful Realtor, Producer (acquiring land and building homes) and VP for a Fashion Company in NYC. We love spending time in our Vacation/Rental in Lake Placid, exploring the mountains and lakes of the Adirondacks, Skiing, running, kayaking, boating. Not a moment free in our schedules of a fun active lifestyle. We LOVE hosting because we get to share our experiences with our guests to create a beautiful Getaway with details galore and a wealth of knowledge on activities and explorations to be had while staying.
Why they chose this property
Ballston Spa is a Historic Village in the middle of Saratoga County. It is only a few miles from Saratoga Springs but it has so much charm and character that you may find you never leave the town while staying. Lots of new restaurants, shops and services have moved into town and all are walking distance from our Getaway. The town is continuously a sought out area for people to live and be part of a community of neighbors that enjoy what a village can bring and you see it in their smiles!
What makes this property unique
Location Location Location… and our experience! We have THE location for Ballston Spa being right in the middle of town but behind the church with a LARGE double town lot. It is very quiet and private but only a few blocks from everything in town. We outfitted our 4th Getaway Luxury Rental with everything you need to feel at home but with a lot of style and fun.
