Newly Renovated House on Saratoga Springs Lake Track Spac Fish Creek

Very quaint house only 7 miles from downtown Saratoga and Racetrack, SPAC, Lake, Skidmore college, fish creek, regatta, harness track and casino. Uber and Lyft available in our area. House is coming off a full renovation with all the comforts of home. Brand new appliances include dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, washer, dryer. Off street parking for 6 plus cars, no noisy neighbors or complainers because you like to get a little rowdy. Large back yard with fire pit and deck with gas BBQ where you can sit with your favorite beverage and listen to the babbling brook 20 feet away as you stare at the beautify Japanese Maple and you might even see a few deer that frequent the property. House also comes with dock space if you have a boat or a rental could be arranged with the local marina 1/2 mile away. 6 of some the best restaurants in the area all within 1 mile. The local grocery store Price Chopper/Market 32 is only 2.5 miles from the house as well as Stewart’s convenience store which is ½ mile away. Local walking path and park as well as Brown’s Public Beach is only ½ mile away. Access for boats, ice fishing and swimming.

Bob was beyond helpful. The home had all we needed and we were able to dock our boat on the lake— a 5 min walk or 1 min drive from the house.

Bob's home was very clean and the location was convenient to all of our shopping and dining needs and close to nearby family. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glassware, etc., which made it convenient to have some meals w/o going out. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable. The property is well cared for and perfectly manicured. The large deck with grill and yard space is picturesque to say the least. The home is cleanly and very well updated. The owner goes above and beyond to make the space perfect. But wait there’s more.. a short walk brings you to the shore of Saratoga lake. Absolute must stay. I’m so glad I did!

This house is very nice and clean. Our group of 6 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. The yard is great for a bonfire, grilling, and lawn games! The location is great too. So close to Brown’s Beach, Dock Brown’s restaurant and a short drive to Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend!!

George and his friends were great renters, good communication and left the place almost as spotless as they found it. Dishes clean, bed striped, garbage moved to outside bins and refrigerator empty. We would love to have them back to stay with us again.

Great House!

The house looked exactly as the pictures. Updated, clean, well stocked - we only needed food and drinks. We’ve stayed in other VRBOs and needed towels, extra toilet paper etc. not this house. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone. Owner/property manager was very nice, easy to get hold of considerate.

Saratoga Lake house
