Why they chose this property

We choose this neighborhood for the accessibility to a lot of things Naples has to offer. Beaches are less than a mile, shopping, restaurants and walking paths are in abundance.

What makes this property unique

Our property is stands out with the oversized lot. It really makes a difference when you’re in the backyard with the palm trees and mature landscaping. This has never been a rental before and you can tell by the finishes. It’s been a loved home.
