Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the keys under the whale rock on the front porch before clock the front door and touching the lock button on the smart lock.
Trash goes in small blue can and recycling goes in grey large can in garage to keep animals out. Pickup is on the street on Fridays ~9-11am, trash is every week, recycling every other week.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
