Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Garbage is every Monday. Garbage cans go on curb in front of the property fence
Recycling is every Monday. (Purple bin)
Please put bins next to the shed in the driveway when not in use.
When checking out -
Unplug air conditioners
Lower heat thermostat to 60 (behind TV)
Leave used towels, sheets and bed linens on the floor in front of the washer and dryer
Leave any keys on hook at back door
