Beautiful property, however....

The property represented is not the one that you will receive the keys to. While probably not intentional, the property described is actually about 1000 sqft smaller and no BBQ. If you pay the 355 a night, I would verify that they have in you in larger unit BEFORE you arrive. As for the area, it's AMAZING! The only glitch is in heavy rains, like happening this fall, there is a potential to be stuck from flooding in the area. It seems to only happen a day or two at a time, so if you are a time sensitive traveler I would keep track of the weather.

GREAT FANTASTIC STAY!

This is resort in the Heart of Texas. I would come back ....great location for a stay if your looking to catch Kerville and Fredickburg Hill Country. Truly enjoyed!!
