The home met our needs for a weekend stay perfectly. The home was clean, the layout worked for us, and host communications were excellent. The location was close enough to the St Pete Grand Prix and seemed to be in a safe area. We were able to walk to a few local establishments for food and drink. No fault of the host, but a neighbor does have a Rooster that crows at some inopportune times. Wanted to make you aware in such things bother you.
