Sunny priv. entrance suite & bathroom w/ patio close to beach & Downtown

Welcome to Casa Tropicana in the heart of sunny St Petersburg, Florida. Your beach themed suite with self-check-in awaits you.

This is a private suite that consists of:

1. 1 tastefully decorated bedroom with a comfy queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, a portable fan, 2 beach chairs and beach towels & bag and a cooler. The large closet offers plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

2. A beachy flex room with sitting areas, TV, ceiling fan, air fryer , mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

3. Your private full bathroom has a step -in shower and natural light. For your convenience there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a blow dryer for you to use.

4. Your private entrance has a shaded patio for you to enjoy some outside time.

This suite is completely seperate from the hosts who live on the property.

Located centrally halfway between Downtown St. Pete and the beach in a cute neighborhood called Live Oaks. Lots of mature trees line the roads and you'll often see neighbors walk their dogs or exercise. The public bus is a super short walk from us.

Restaurants, gas stations, grocery, convenient stores and laundry mat are just a short drive. Some close enough to walk.

The house was even better than expected! We had our own private gate and entrance with a small private patio. We also had a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom that were all completely separate and private . Everything was nicely decorated and clean with attention to detail . The location was okay. It would have been better if we did not arrive by bicycle but Gulfport was only 2.5 miles and we biked there for lunch . It was a great stay. I would highly recommend the Cass Tropicana !

Joe and myself are a middle-aged couple that loves to travel and entertain. Our 3 dogs and Cockatoo are our main focus but we also enjoy spending time on and in the water, dancing, gardening and riding our bikes.

Joe loved his 27 year Air Force career while Ulrike had a 24 year career as an entrepreneur in Colorado as a pet sitting company owner.
