This place has everything we needed for our family of four skiing all week. It is close to peak 8 and town. The washer and dryer was a plus! And the hot tub and sauna were awesome too. Would stay here again.

Hi Elizabeth- Great to hear that the condo worked well for your family trip to Breckenridge! You’re welcome back anytime. :-) Have a great rest of the year.
Place was very clean and updated inside. They had any item one could possibly need! From kitchen items, to extra fans, towels, blankets, games, etc. We would stay here again
This condo was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy a great week of skiing in Breckenridge. The unit was very well equipped, ski locker was very convenient, and the shuttle got us to and from the slopes quickly and easily. Everyone loved the hot tub(s) and the in-unit W/D was a great amenity.
Place was very convenient just 0.2 miles from peak 8 ski base. Property had everything we needed to rest from a long ski day. No issues. Keep in mind that this is on the 2nd floor a can seem like a long walk after not acclimating to altitude change
Property was great. The unit was very functional. My only complaint was there were NO coffee filters anywhere to be found. Plus there was only one bag of coffee there even though we were staying for 2 nights.
This was a comfortable and perfectly adequate place to stay although it is certainly not an overly spacious place. In fact, for a two bedroom/one bath condo it is shockingly small. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked fine. The condo is mid-way between gondola stops and a short drive to either.
Everything was great.
My constructive criticism is you have to get the shower drain fixed. It’s very clogged, likely with hair.
Hot water came and went.
I was impressed by this condo. The communication prior to check in was great. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the condo. The furnishings are in good shape and comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable. The condo is an 8 min walk to peak 8 (or a 3 min bus ride) My only complaints (both minimal) are that the pillows on the master bed are very flat and there is very limited space available for personal items, including clothing and food I would absolutely stay in this property again
meh. the unit is newly remodeled but the property is old and has trash all around. big issue with the ski locker and poor customer service handling. not worth the price point, and did not get value out of hundreds of dollars in "service fees".
Pros: Great location, close to everything. Has everything you may need for your stay. Check in was easy. The property looks like overall well maintained and cozy.
Cons: 1. Communication could be better. The manager never got back to me on whether they have a pack’n play in the condo (just said they didn’t have it listed as an amenity) so I lugged it halfway across the country only to find it in the closet. Note to parents: they also had a booster seat and a high chair that attaches to the table. Knowing this also could’ve saved me some space in the suitcase.
2. The state of some of the pots and pans is simply atrocious - nonstick coating all scratched up and peeling. We made do with one pan, i was afraid to use others for fear of having that coating in my food.
Overall, everyone was happy with the accommodations so I would book again.
This condo was super cute. It was clean, very well stocked, and in a good location. The stairs getting to the front door could be a problem if you have any mobility issues or heavy luggage but that is clearly stated in the description. I would definitely stay here again.
Very pretty, but if you bring anything with you, there is nowhere to put anything. Almost every shelf is jam packed with little trinkets that are unnecessary. The bedrooms have large bed furniture, with tiny end-tables with little to no space on the surface, and no dressers. The closets did have a tiered wire basket, and a place to hang a few items, but the hanging space was taken up with a large standing fan. There are hanging hooks and small baskets in the hallway for small items. We put food items and bathroom items in these.
It is lovely, clean, and the weather was awesome, but please consider that travelers coming from out of state for any legnth of time do need some space for items. Also, consider some sharper knives. :) We did love it- this is just constructive feedback.
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and really well equipped with everything you could ever need. The location was perfect too. We were a 10 minute walk to the base of peak 8 and the gondola ride, which was free and only a 10 minute ride to Main Street.
The condo above us partied all night long until 4 am everynight making it very hard to sleep

Hi Alexandra, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We’re so sorry to hear that the people staying in the vacation rental above ours were so inconsiderate! This is the first complaint we’ve ever had about noise and we’ve been in touch with the complex manager to let him know it was a problem. We hope that beyond the thoughtlessness of those guests, you found the condo to be comfortable and otherwise enjoyed your stay in Breckenridge."
