The house was so clean, cute and had everything we needed and more! Ryan was very responsive. We literally needed nothing AND an amazing cup of coffee was at my fingertips this morning after a short night and a long day yesterday. 10/10 stars! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first time renting a house on VRBO and it was a great first experience. The owner was prompt in responding to our questions. The house fit our needs perfectly. There was only one thing we had a slight issue with, but when I messaged about what we wished was different, he was very kind and responsive. It was nice to have our own space to come back to each night. As someone who doesn't drink coffee, I really appreciated the chai latte keurig cups. And the tokens for free donuts were also appreciated! The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware if you want to cook. They have a shelf of games and books, which was also greatly appreciated by our children!

This home was absolutely cute and in a great location. The three bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the coffee bar was a huge hit with our group. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

We were visiting our son at York University, and the house was conveniently located close to campus. Three bedrooms for the whole family was great! We especially loved the coffee bar and quiet neighborhood.
