Property manager was friendly and great with communication. Condo was clean and met our needs. Building seemed a little run down but was close to the beach. The amenities of the bracelets for the other part of the resort were great.

The place did what it needed. The home was clean and it had space for us to stay. They were sweet to have some dog bowls and treats for my dogs when we arrived! I can see why they didn't really show pictures of the building, it was not very nice! Parking lot is small right outside the building. There aren't really many outlets and one of the sinks in the bathroom were clogged when we arrived! The access to the hotel next door with the pool was great and we were right on the beach which we wanted!

Myrtle Beach stay

This property is very rundown. The unit has a moldy smell, and the was loud water noises in the middle of the night. I sounded like someone was showering or washing something, that was loud enough to wake us from sleep. The person that was making the condo, whose name is Teresa, was very pleasant. But the property it self was not as nice as was advertised. Every aspect of this property was a disappointment. From the pool to the unit, to the crappy elevator. I would not stay there again. For the price, it was very unsatisfactory.

A few bumps, but we had a blast!

Overall we had a great time! We had a few bumps here and there but not enough to ruin our time! During check in, we assumed we were to check in at the front desk for parking passes, etc.. However, my husband waited in line almost 20 minutes in the office for her to be extremely rude to him, because she “didn’t understand why he was there” (her words). She finally informed him that if he booked on vrbo he didn’t need to check in, and we should have received parking passes in the mail. We did not. I even went through every email from vrbo and couldn’t find anything about parking passes etc. Parking in the actual lot is a nightmare, especially if you drive a truck! Another thing I never could figure out was why house keeping knocked on our door almost every am and woke us up but then stated they couldn’t give us anything we needed because we booked through vrbo. Mid-week I emailed the contact in the email and asked about bath towels but never received a reply. Also, our TV in the bed room never worked, there were two sitting there so we just assumed they were in the process of trying to get one to work. So our main issues were communication and actual caravel property issues. Our actual room was clean, and had everything we needed for the week.

If you liked college-cheap stays, this is your place

It was grossly outdated with a bed in the kitchen for extra people to cram into a one bedroom condo. The building is old, and the front locks didn’t work. The lock to the condo unit was peculiar in that if you locked it from the inside, you actually voided the lock system. It wasn’t a place I’d stay in twice.

The room was well equipped with everything needed to cook. However the stove burners were rusted a and filthy. The oven wad also filthy. It reslly needs replacing. The furniture was outdated by 20× years. The floors had been swept but no mopping. My socks were black on the bottoms from the floor. It would be a nice place wirh some updated stove, den furniture and dinette table. Not impressed at all.
