Our home includes three cozy bedrooms, each designed for comfort, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room and a charming covered patio. This elegant bungalow blends historical charm with modern amenities, including a dedicated workspace for those who need to work remotely.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating families or groups. We also provide convenient amenities like air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer, and an iron. Plus, we have a well-equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies. With two well-equipped bathrooms, your stay will be comfortable and convenient.

For those visiting the area, we offer two dedicated parking spaces. We're conveniently located just a mile and a half from the University of Central Arkansas, a mile from Baptist College, and within walking distance of Hendrix College. Plus, downtown Conway, with its beautiful shopping and dining options, is just around the corner.

Beautifully decorated home with comfy beds. We travel often and this quaint home near Hendrix College was the perfect spot in Conway. The location was perfectly centered with every amenity Conway has to offer within minutes. We have stayed in many rentals and this one far exceeded most. The home was stocked with many extras. My teens loved the welcoming goodie basket. My favorites included the vase of beautiful fresh flowers, the luxurious kitchen, cleanliness of the entire home, modern decor, and the bath and home products provided. Sara’s Place is the perfect place to stay in Conway!
