We had a great time in this Vrbo. Quiet and peaceful along the Arkansas river with easy access to restaurants, hiking and museums. Clean rooms, an outside grill, fireplace and hot tub! The host was welcoming and responsive. Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

This guest house is very beautiful. The view of the river is outstanding and since the back of that living room is all glass, you can’t miss it. You can literally sit on the couch and watch the sun go down. It was all very clean and it includes everything you need.
