Communication with the host was fantastic. Location was fantastic. The turfed outdoor space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while you plan your day was fantastic. If you’re a frequent flyer of the city, stay here. Close to the 6 (and other trains) to get quickly uptown to notable tourist spots. Bonus: the ale house and Chinese BBQ restaurant located two doors down hit the spot on multiple occasions. Loved every minute of our stay!

The Emerald Room was a little gem, in every sense. The quietest place you’ll ever sleep in the East Village. Great location. Safe. They were filming Law & Order right outside the building when we left. Has everything you need. The outdoor area was a small bonus. Comfy bed. It’s perfect for two! We will be staying here when we visit our daughter at NYU! Thanks again
