Thank you for staying with Treeline Vacation Rentals at Copper Beaver and for your review. I’m glad you liked the layout and the area, and I’m sorry the home needed some TLC. Here’s what we did after reading your feedback: - Performed a full property inspection and completed minor repairs (tightened hardware, fixed lighting, addressed trim/paint touch-ups, and repaired any small defects found). - Reinforced housekeeping checklist and completed a deep clean focused on wear-and-tear areas. - Checked inventory and linens, replacing any worn or damaged items. - Updated our routine maintenance schedule and added a pre-arrival inspection to catch issues before guests arrive. If there are specific items we missed, please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Had a great time w the family but found out the dried pine needles on the slope off the back deck are like ice in August. Lost footing and did the splits . A bad ankle sprain and groin pull resulted lasting over a month now! Be careful out there!
